In his mid twenties after 2 years of travelling in over 20 countries adapting his talents to the music hall, Gerard decided on a radical change to his life and career and became Artistic Director of the largest night club in Vienna, THE CASANOVA REVUE THEATRE.

Whilst at The Casanova, he was approached by Paul Raymond to direct ’RIP OFF’ a nude extravaganza in London at THE WINDMILL THEATRE. The show ran for 6 years and following its huge success, Gerard staged shows at THE WHITEHALL THEATRE and then became the resident Artistic Director of the world famous RAYMOND REVUEBAR.

Gerard's input was such, that by the mid-eighties the Raymond Revuebar show had been seen by millions and the acts, sets and costumes were copied and imitated all over the world from Germany and Spain to Canada and Australia.
At the Raymond Revuebar, Gerard had total artistic control over ideas, music, costume, props, choreography and training.

that it originated at the Moulin Rouge!
Used for many purposes over the last century
and becoming a successful Wrestling Hall in the 50’s. In the 70’s, HAIR and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR were staged here.
RIP– OFF then followed a long run of OH CALCUTTA.
It is now a Concert Hall.
