In contrast to the nude shows, Gerard also devised and staged seven Travesty- Burlesque shows at the famous London night spot MADAME JO JO's, establishing a unique style and concept, which became the trademark of all the Jo Jo shows in its heydays.

In the early eighties Gerard staged and choreographed ’BIZZARE’ at LA VIE EN ROSE dinner-cabaret night club. The only “Alcazar de Paris” style show ever produced in London.
